How many free rerolls do you get?
On the character creation screen, the race panel says “You have 2 rerolls” and the family panel says “You have 2 family rerolls”. Click the swap icon under each panel to roll again. Each click uses one roll, and the new result replaces the old one: you cannot go back to an earlier roll.
Our test account used both free race rerolls and got Human, then Human again — not surprising when Human is a 52% roll. The family reroll went better: Wren → Raijin (Epic). Tested Nov 2, 2026

“Rolls for 50%” is how many rolls give you a coin-flip chance of at least one hit, assuming each roll is independent (the screen shows no pity system).

Race and family use the official Roblox prices (cheapest mix of 1-, 5- and 10-roll packs). Magic rerolls are only sold for Essence in the in-game shop (650 each).

The in-game shop also sells rerolls for Essence: Race Reroll 250, Family Name Reroll 200 and Magic Reroll 650 Essence.
Magic variants are cosmetic only, according to the developer’s Oct 23 sneak peek of Time’s “Monochrome” variant, so Reroll Magic Variant does not change your power.
Can you reset things without Robux?
Yes, for most resets. The developer said at launch that “you can get everything in the game for free through gameplay”, and later patches added these free routes:
